- Contract runs and scheduled deliveries
- Medical deliveries and temperature-sensitive transport
- Document transportation
- Fragile item and jewelry transportation
- Secure logistics and tracked deliveries
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about deliveries
- Ensure items are properly packaged and labeled
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
- Be available for pickup and delivery as scheduled
- Treat our staff and couriers with respect
- Report any issues or concerns promptly
Prohibited Items
We do not transport the following items:
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Hazardous materials (explosives, flammable liquids, toxic substances)
- Live animals (except with prior arrangement)
- Perishable food items (unless specifically arranged)
- Cash, negotiable instruments, or bearer bonds
- Items exceeding our weight and size limitations
- Fragile items without proper packaging
- Items that violate intellectual property rights
You are responsible for ensuring that items comply with all applicable laws and our policies. We reserve the right to refuse service for any item we deem inappropriate or unsafe.
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is based on various factors including:

- Urgency and delivery timeframe
- Special handling requirements
- Additional services requested
Payment terms:
- Payment is due upon booking unless credit terms have been arranged
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment methods
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
- All prices are subject to VAT where applicable
Liability and Insurance
Our liability is limited as follows:
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations
- Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of items
- Maximum liability per shipment is £1,000 unless higher coverage is purchased

- Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery or scheduled delivery date

Delivery Terms
Delivery conditions:

- We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within specified timeframes
- Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Signature may be required for delivery confirmation
- If recipient is unavailable, we may leave items in a safe location or return to depot
- Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and circumstances
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- No refunds for services already completed
- Partial refunds may be available for partially completed services
